Virtual Adept Lore
1. What a Virtual Adept newbie should know.
-You know the hacker commandments and the code of ethics of the Virtual Adepts. (See VA tradition book page 54) -You know who the councilor is or rather the lack of one. -You know numerology has a use in the Tradition. -You know that the tradition as a whole likes the Digital Web. - You know Virtual Adepts don’t like authority and are into a type of anarchy. (See VA tradition book page 43) - In-depth knowledge of Adept lexicon. (See the tradition book page8 and the virtual adept website) - You should be celebrating Turing.
2. What a disciple and a lamer wants to know. -You know of all the Virtual Adepts in your area, you can name all the factions of the Virtual Adepts. -You have heard of the Virtual Adept rote database. -You also have heard that the VA’s originated from the technocracy. -You know that grudges are usually taken care of within the Virtual Adepts in the way of flame wars, and if they get serious Core wars. -You know what a difference engine is. -The success of the order of reason was due to the Guttenberg press. - That Zimmerman telegram helped the success of the Adepts, and internet and probably the Digital Web.
3. What the adept level Adepts say they know. -You know (generally) what information was taken from the technocracy when the adepts left. -You know the proper way of getting the attention of the councilor, or a master/archmage without looking lame. (A presentation of a hack worthy of notice with the request.) -You know more serious arguments are usually taken care of using core wars. You have in-depth knowledge of the different types of factions and there goals. - Basic knowledge of the code behind reality 2.0. - You the truth behind the sons of either leaving. -You know what a mnemonovirus is. - The location of the Digital Web chantry

What the masters and the elite know. -You know of most of the Virtual adepts in the country. -You know of the famous VA’s Dante, Demonseed and X-Cel (and others listed in the Tradition book) and the rumors around them. -You can easily get a hold of, or build a Trinary computer. -You know that the success of Hitler was probably from a virtual Adept. -You know how to make a mnemonovirus.
5. What the Masters and arch mages want to know… -You know of all the adepts that will admit to it. -You have extensive knowledge of the information taken from the technocracy. -You probably work on the code of Reality 2.0 yourself. -You know that soon reality 2.0 needs to be downloaded to meatspace, before reality 1.0 crashes (which seems to be soon).

Digital Web Lore (unoffical)
1. You know how to enter the digital web on the most basic type, virtually. You know that there are lost of different types of sectors (even if you don’t know there names) and that mages had something to do with the making of the digital web.
2. You know how to enter the digital web in “astral”. You can define the different types of sectors and know how to use conduits effectively to get between them. You know how to enter the holistically using the umbra. You know that magic of some types are boosted in the Digital Web (Correspondence, Forces, and Prime).
3. You know that virgin web can be formatted to whatever you what and realize what is required to do so. You know how to enter the web holistically using technology to do so. You know what popping is and how to do it. You
4. You know how to travel between sectors going threw the mists, and not get lost. You know the adept didn’t actually crash the digital web purposely.
5. You realize what exists between the mists, between sectors. You know of the destruction of Doissetup and that it most like caused the great crash.
